3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Maria (8585) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAY 16, 2011
I do not know if this is the same, but the color suggests it - at the brewery it’s called Oberreichenbacher Rotbier. From bottle at the brewpub. It’s beautiful, orange-red with a creamy, white head, and the aroma has notes of malt, candy-sugar and a little vegetables. The flavour is moderately sweet with notes of mal, syrup, and the finish is slightly dry with notes of caramel.
