Bottle: Golden, stable mid-sized head; hoppy aroma with a distinctive barn-yardy touch; dryish bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, creamy MF, soft carbonation; the pig-sty perfume returns in the bitter finish. Not the worst rural Pils............

From tap (possibly bottle) at the brewpub. It’s warm golden with a creamy, white head and the aroma has notes of flower, malt and butterscotch. The flavour is light to moderately sweet with notes of malt, straw, light butterscotch, and the finish is dry.

(bottle) Slightly unclear, golden colour with a dense, medium-sized foamy white head. Soft sweet malty nose with a grainy touch and rounded herbal and slightly spicy hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Malt-accented base, slightly chalky taste with light herbal hops; medium-dry, slightly bitter and hoppy finish with a present residual malty sweetness. A tad too sweet for my liking (06.X.08).
