On cask. Body was ruby-amber with a moderate head. Aroma was sweet, fresh and slightly grassy, hints of banana and clove, and a solid english maltiness. Flavor was interesting fresh and refreshing with a subdued wheat character and a mellow malt alongside subtle banana and clove. The palate good, not light as you’d expect from a low abv beer. The interesting part about this beer is that it was feremented with three yeast strains - saison, wheat, and ale yeast. The flavor of all three comes through but none te the others. A good summer wheat beer for those who don’t usually like wheat beers.
