COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with the finest two-row malted barley and German variety hops, Ghost River Golden’s mellow, refreshing character is accentuated by Memphis’ soft water. Munich and caramel malts give this beer enough sweetness to balance the crisp, dry finish.

I had this at Pig on Beale. Pours golden with a white head. Taste sweet, light. I thought this was good. I would drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice little surprise on tap at Rendevous in Memphis. Great wheaty aroma and extremely smooth on the palate. The wheat flavor is strong and very enjoyable.

on draft, very light and grainy ,with a good crisp hop bite at the end, a very easy drinker, well made.

Music City Brewer’s Fest 2008 Firm off-white head over a clear, deep gold body. Clean fresh malt aroma, slight hops. Smoothly sweet with a nice soft bitterness. Very good for a style that doesn’t often excite me.

On tap @ B. B. King’s Blues Club on Beale Street, Memphis. First of all, I am in heaven - B.B. King’s on Beale Street - home of the Blues! But my review will be fair. True clear light golden pour with a frothy white head and pretty good amount of lacing. Lightly sweet and very lightly floral hopped aroma. Taste is fairly light and refreshing, lightly caramel sweet and light citrus and floral hops bitter. Some bitter linger and dry finish. This was nice on a very warm afternoon. And the blues played...

This beet from mephis is a classic example of the style. Not not say its that great but decent. Crisp and clean

Clean golden pour with thight white head and lace. Light hops and malt on the nose. Good malt and a nice bitter finish. A bit fomay but not bad at all. Nice beer for the style.

Bottle courtesy of a stranger at WOB. The beer pours a clear golden color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of bready malt, caramel and mild hops. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Clear, pale gold with a white head. The aroma has cereal grains with some earthy hops. It has a light, crisp body with lively carbonation. The taste is mildly sweet with a clean finish. This is a decent beer, but nothing exciting.

Pours a largely clear, yet sediment laden golden with a thicker, rocky white head that settles quickly, failing to lace. Nose involves hearty bread dough and grassy, spicy hops. Light flavor, with touches of sweet and tart along with a touch more bitterness. Surprisingly substantial body, not heavy by any stretch but more than light, tingly with active carbonation and bitterness. Really a nice session brew, very pilsner-esque, plenty of body and a fair flavor yet quenching, bright and dry.
