Hand pulled at the Anchor, Birmingham. Tawny brown, with rose hues. Smells good: washing liquid bubbles and rainfall in forest. Leafy hop taste, quite subtle, slightly tangy. Good freshness in the mouth. A really presentable, fresh and tasty Bitter.

Cask conditioned at Moreton in Marsh Beer Fest ’10. Clouded brown with no head. Pleasant fruity maltiness leads to a gentle light hoppiness, a touch bitter, nice and balanced and easily drinkable. A decent beer.

On gravity at the Wellington, Bristol 29/05/10. Amber coloured with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of caramel and citrus hops. Flavour was slightly sweet, with plenty more malts, some orange fruit and decent, bitter finish. Good.
