Bügelverschlußflasche (kindly delivered by joss !): Orangey coloured, hazy, firm and stable white head with a little lace; fruity estery nose with traces of sweet pale-malt and shy hops; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour with a light acidity; light to medium (7% !?) bodied; sweet-malty finish with a light fruitiness. Not convincing, tastes like an amateur brew....

A good Heller but not as good as thier other beers. It has a strange way about it. Still a nice beer however.

Bottled at RBESG 2008. A hazy dark golden beer with an orangey head. The aroma is sweet with weird notes of spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of brewmash as well as lighter notes of straw and malt, leading to a dry straw finish. The body is thin.

Hazy deep golden with medium white head. Sweet fruity aroma wity butter and caramel notes. Flavor likewise with grassy notes.

Cloudy golden with a small white head. Malt aroma with grass and hay. Sweet fruity flavour with a mango note.

Bottled @ RBESG Grand Tasting 2008. Semi clear and golden in colour with a medium sized head. A bit anonymous with notes of bread, grain and grass.

Deep golden colour, low head. Grassy pale malty aroma with suggestions of strong wort, that is light almondy. Good juicy mouthfeel, with grassy hops on low levels and low bitter. Feels a bit weak to be a bock.

A bit hazy yellow color, small white head. Yeasty, barnyardish, a bit fruity nose. Citrusy, fruity, apple-like flavor. Propably not very clean.

Pours muddy, pale golden with a nice, small, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has sweet malts, some cardboard and apple notes. Thin and watery - how can a 7 % beer be this thin?? Flavour is boring, sweet and sugary. Was this made on 70 % white table sugar and 30 % spray-malt? Boring....

Bottle at RBESG Grand Tasting 2008. Hazy gold, thin off white head. That’s not much better than the helles. Not a great lager either.
