Bottle: Poured a clear amber color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops with light piney notes is pretty refreshing. Taste is also a mix between some citrusy hops with nice floral undertones, some light piney notes and some light caramel malt notes with a dry finish and light bitter notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Good Northern West Coast IPA.

22 oz bottle. Pours clear copper gold with a big creamy white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is sweet bready malts with some minty, leafy, piney hops.

The flavor is sweet earthy malts with a big resiny, slightly tarry, bitterness with a little fruit. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.

Overall, decent IPA. Iím not a huge fan of the hop profile.

650ml bottle from Sherbrooke Liquor im YEG. Aroma of hops and pine with a crisp citrus note. Taste is a bit muddled. Would really like it to have more tanginess or crispness. Lacking a bite of some kind to really distinguish itself.

On tap @ Choice City. Pours a bright yellow orange appearance with a lasting cream colored head. Kind of soapy, grapefruit citrusy, a bit spicy hoppy aroma. Nice body. Smarties, tropical fruity flavor. High bitterness. Ok.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Gentileís, 6/9/14, My 420th IPA rating should really have been the most resiny IPA Iíve ever rated, I didnít plan this very well.

Aroma: The nose is on the resiny side, some grassy hops, toffee, caramel, and a little citrus
Appearance: It pours a mostly clear orange color with a sheeting off-white head and lace
Flavor: The flavor is medium bitter, with a light and clean sweetness to balance it
Palate: The body is medium, leaning lighter, with a soft carbonation, and a mid-dry finish
Overall Impression: I thought this was a pretty solid, but not quite better than that, example of the style. Nice beer though. Iíd happily drink this again, even if it isnít a top-of-style offering for me.

Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of fruity hops, pine and citrus. Taste is smooth, bitter and crisp with citrus, pine and fruits. Finish is crisp hoppy and bitter with some citrusy pine notes. Quite balanced.
