On tap. Dark gold to amber. Small head. Some lace. Nice hop aroma. The taste is very fresh. Definite hop bitterness with fruity notes: especially melon. Very nice.

This beer is drinkable. When you have drank so many IPAs this was doesn't really stand out. Cheers! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Mostly a classic left coast IPA with a touch more of a New England juiciness to it. Classic hops Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe lend a predictable and enjoyable melange of citrus, grapefruit and dank resin to both the aroma and flavor. Body tastes a bit fuller than the appearance projects, palate is a touch softer than average with a pronounced juicy/fruity character accompanying the bitterness from beginning to end. Very nicely done. I’d like to see this rebrewed with a lighter crystal malt and unfiltered.

Pint at Atomic Cowboy. This is a pretty good looking IPA. It’s amber with a pretty clear body and a solid white head. Plenty of rich notes of grapefruit and pine come through in the aroma. The body is pretty full with good carbonation. A touch of specialty malt imparts appropriate sweeter flavors for balance, though overall it finishes relatively dry. Good grapefruity hops provide tons of flavor, though it comes across at times as grassy and astringent. Overall, this is solid and I’d like to revisit it.

Hazy amber in the glass. Aroma of caramel and pine & floral hops. Sweet taste and not as bitter as expected, with a mellow malty finish. Some metallic/oxidised aftertaste but may have just been stored too long. Nice, well rounded IPA.

Bomber from Spirits Jackson. Poured a nice looking deep honey amber with a frothy off white head. Aroma of wild flower honey, medium toast, caramel and amber malts, sweet citrus. Flavor is a little flat compared to the aroma. Cereal nd toast, light tropical and citrus notes. Medium mouthfeel and soft carbonation.

My bomber of Gigantic IPA had some age from sitting on a shelf for a while, but for $3.99 there’s no point in being picky. Despite the age, a pungent American hop bill shines through. Herbaceous, citrusy, spicy, and bitter. The caramel malt body supports things nicely. This manages to taste like an appropriately aggressive Northwestern American IPA, yet still be fairly balanced and approachable.

Clear copper, good finger of off-white. Nose is pine. Bitter, but not overly so. Middle is caramel, spicy hops, muted soft fruit. Finishes malty.

Very big pour. Aromas are a bit on the sweet caramel side. Interesting flavor profileb that reminds me of many double IPA's: piney resin but still with the caramel sweetness. Lacks the punch. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Crowbar. Pours hazy golden. Hoppy aroma of stone fruit, tropical fruit. Light biscuit notes. Smooth and balanced. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
