Dark amber in color, clear with a thin head. Nice beer interesting light fruit and good spice flavors. Nice finish this was a good beer.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a bright copper color with a medium white head. A fruity and grainy nose. The flavor comes across with rice, light fruit, light sourness, dry. Very interesting. Not getting a massive plum, but good.

Draught. It seemed to me to be a mess. Someone wanted to make a sake, someone wanted to make a plum wine and so they compromised and decided to make neither. Light plum aroma and taste edge to a rice-y body. Almost no finish. Pas op!

Sampled at the Alaskan Barleywine festival. Rice was the dominating characteristic. Some sweet pilsner malt and a fruity yeast character. Not bad, but it is a little bland.

Growler. Hazy red/amber/pink with a small fizzy pinkish head that quickly fades to nothing. Aroma of plums, tart cherry, sugar and spicy yeast. Flavor is tart up front with some fruity plum and cherry sweetness and clean finish. Light body with lively carbonation. Very interesting beer, tart and fruity and very light.

On tap at Gigantic - foamy head, sweet aroma. Mild sour taste, easy on palate. Hints of plum and cherry. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On draught at Roscoe’s. Light refreshing plum taste on top of an almost pale profile. Really tasty fruit beer.

A pink/orange beer with a tingly sweet fruity nose. Hints of satsuma, plum flesh and black cherry candy. In the mouth it is airy, the lightest hint of tartness, and a long honeyed malt finish. Impressively done.

Looks beautiful in the Gigantic glass. Reddish tinted. Fruit pours out of the glass. Big ripe plum taste with a little fizz to it. Some spice notes in the back.
