On draught at Roscoeís. Light refreshing plum taste on top of an almost pale profile. Really tasty fruit beer.

Draft - Weird grains and a touch of plum. Dirty gold. Light sweet and tart notes, plum and a bit of grape. Squeaky.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out notes of vegetal and herbal notes, with grass and corn. Flavour brings a lot of the grassy and corn notes from the pilsner malt. I donít get anything from the plums or rice. Not sure they were going for, but itís pretty clean and tasty.

650ml bottle pours a slightly hazy straw color with a finger and a half of white head that leaves some spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is plums with some rice grains and yeast. Taste is a light fruity plum and malty sweetness with a light hop bitterness. Light bodied with good carbonation. Overall, a decent brew for the style and very refreshing to drink. A nice brew to have if you are craving something a little on the sweet side.

22. Pours a hazy, nearly cloudy rubied medium amber with a scant fizzy off-white head that fades. Aromatics come on with a fairly clear plum note, showing a nice fruit quality with minimal acidity or tartness. Not much depth, though. Smells like real fruit for sure, but isnít showcased very lavishly. Flabby medium body with soft carb. Mild and subdued fruit notes on the mid palate. Just kinda sits there and doesnít do much.

Slight cloudy orange. Aroma planty, vegetal, bread dough. Tastes sesame doughy honey flowers.

Draft 10 oz pour at the Horse Brass pub. Rating from notes. At the pub this was listed as a sour but I had my doubts. Pours a cloudy orange color with no head.† Soft fruit, grainy, lotion like aroma.† Minimal sour, mostly in the finish.† Creamy body orange fruit.† Unique sour for sure, but less my type of sour, if thatís even what itís supposed to be. Fun beer to try. †Not bad.†

On tap at White Owl Social Club - Pours hazy orange with a white head. The aroma has plums, thick richness, peach and pale malt. It has a medium / full body with low carbonation. The aroma is very rich and has the umami taste to it. The finish is lightly medicinal. Interesting beer.

Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours very hazy, slightly dirty gold with a slight white head. Aroma of fruit, but? Med body or nearly. Flavor is rather strange, Iím imagining a saki mouthfeel in a way. Plum is quite subdued, and Iím imagining saki heat (and this is 5%). Itís really quite decent, but itís something Iím likely gonna be slow getting into. Plum gets a bit stronger with time.

"Pours a deep chestnut brown. Light bodied, but not in flavor. Tastes and smells of molasses and plums. Unique for sure, and easy drinking. Slightly tart, leathery finish..."

Clear amber color with ivory head. Rice, pit fruit, (plums I suppose), spicy yeast aromas. medium body, average carbonation. Unripe plum, rice cake, spicy flavors--not too bad.
