COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra di colore giallo oro, di aspetto leggermente velato, schiuma abbondante, persistente e ben strutturata. Intensitą olfattiva complessa, inizialmente bouquet di fiori con tocco amarognolo fresco; poi fruttato, di mela cotta, uva matura, agrumi canditi. Di corpo equilibrato, spiccata frizzantezza, gusto bilanciato con piacevoli note fruttate. La persistenza retro olfattiva č lunga, fresca di luppoli. Il finale č secco e morbido. Gradazione: 7.5 vol.; 18,0 gradi plato.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy aroma with yeasty hints. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty flavor with some weak hints of hops. Has a dry malty spicy yeasty finish.
