330ml bottle. Pours a clear, pale straw yellow. Sweet and tart apple notes, lemon and some mild floral notes make up the aroma. Tart, acidic apple notes introduce it, but it does soften a little, with some sappy, slightly woody notes and more savoury apple. There is a touch of lemon in a dry finish. This is perhaps slightly too acidic up front - it feels a little out of balance. Nevertheless it does avoid the sweet and sugary trap that catches out a lot of the vast range of newly-released Australian commercial ciders.
