2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
(Bottle 33 cl) Beautiful golden with a pretty and lacing head. Fresh hoppy nose and the hops leave a solid dose of bitterness too - not over the top though. 260200

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Dryish with a medium sized head that soon evaporates.Low carbonisation makes for a pleasant but avaerage pils.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Not terribly bad, just limp. Yellow straw colour, small head that quickly melted away. Nice green grass hop nose, but surprisingly dull palate, thin too. With all the terrific pilsners that Germany has to offer, I won’t be buying this one again.

1.6 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
Ah, awful. Skunk upon opening, more skunk pouring, over powering nose of skunk. Taste was skunk. This was bad.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Sour malt and hops aroma. Light yellow color with little head. Creamy malt with strong hops finish and high carbonation.. A nicely drinkable German pils - nothing spectacular about it but nothing bad.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
After downing quite a few sub-standard lagers over the weekend this seemed to be not a bad quaffer by comparison. Pours a clear pale gold with obscure floaties darting about (might be the sample). Little head retention bar a ring of whtie bubbles. Biting spicy hops in the aroma, quite dry, bitter and grassy. Similar hop dominance in the mouth, with a little grain coming through as you down it. Very clean across the palate, medium-light in carbonation, and light in body. It finishes off with a crisp and quenching bitter swallow, and it all made for a refreshing little lager. Well suited summer quaffer!!!

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Looks, tastes, and smells like a German Pilsner in their famous (or is it infamous) green bottles. There is the usual skunky smell, although the taste did grow on me just a bit. Overall though, nothing special.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A reasonable German pilsener at a bargain price (in Australia at least). Nothing complex here. Floral hop nose. Citric notes in a zesty middle. Perhaps some grapes and grapefruit. Easy drinking and good value. (Bottle)
