PilsnerPeter (1477), Flushing, New York, USA Aug 11, 2008 Sample at the brewpub: Very pale pour- looks like water almost. The aroma gives off a touch of white bread- very light pale malts/papery. The body is very light. The flavor has some stale cheap malts upfront. The finish has some evident straw character and residual grains. Not much bitterness is detectable. A generic Pale Lager. SuzyGreenberg (1028), Seattle, Washington, USA Jul 30, 2008 sampler @ brewery - these guys definitely pumped out the lagers; clear and gold with minor carbonation; mild, grainy aromas lead to mild flavors; thin, watery texture; a pretty bland start to the sampler microisbetter (1), USA does not count Aug 18, 2007 great brew to enjoy with lunch or before going out, may be thick for a long night of partying, recommend the pale ale for that. Try the food at the pub, some of the best in town beerbuzzmontreal (2747), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Oct 10, 2006 Pours a clear pale gold color with a thin white head.
