Oct 30, 2006 This stout is good b/c it has a lot of flavor without excess heaviness. There is plenty of coffee and chocolate. It has a smoky and roasted flavor as well. The main strengh of this beer is the lingering bitter aftertaste.....

Oct 10, 2006 Pours a black color with brown highlights and a ring of light brown lace. Weak aroma and flavor of roasted malt. The palate is light and watery and the carbonation is gentle. Bland, boring.

Aug 16, 2004 Good stout. Nice opaque black appearance with a small light tan head. Aroma was full of coffee. Also very good coffee, roasted chocolate flavor. Not too much oatmeal as they say in the name, but good no matter what.
