COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with heavy doses of Vienna and Munich roasted malts creating a slightly malty body with nut and bread notes. Finished off with a heavy helping of fresh Willamette hops just off the vine, leaving a big hop finish and light fresh cut grass aroma. The perfect beer for beginning of the autumn season.

22 oz imperial pint at Ventis resturant. S.Commercial Salem. $4.50 Nice malty /salty type ariomas good stuff Clear light brown with a small off white head that goes quick. Good malty Oktoberfest though maybe a tad old and a small bit stale. Actually a very nice palate. Overall OK and want to taste this fresh next year.

A hazy amber brew with a small head. A very subtle, leafy green nose. Tight carbonation and heaps of caramel and butterscotch dominate in the mouth.

Draught. Poured clear amber with thin fast dissipating head. No lacing. Grassy aroma. Sweet flavour with malt and honey notes. Medium body. Hop finish.
