COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Heavy Scotch Ale with a pleasantly dark, warm, and malty body. An additional smattering of hops added during fermentation leaves a complementing floral aroma.

Pint at The Triangle Bar, S.Salem. only $3 Deep brown ..kinda murky but hard to tell in the bar, small tan head. Nice caramel, malt aromas..some chocolate and resiny hop. Smooth caramel/chocolate/ toffee tastes..very smooth and so easily drinkable for its strength. Enjoyed 3 pints before i knew it..i certainlly felt it walkng home!

dark chestnut brown body with a light brown head. nose is straight dark malt: plum, caramel, tobacco, light leather and a light dusting of yeast. sweet and chewy but not overbearing or obtrusive, and the acid and carbonation match the texture. my main complain would be the dry-hopping with american hops, which gives it a buzzing bitterness that seem out of place. that said, it’s still another solid beer from these guys.

KLCC Microbrew Festival. Pours a dark brown with a thin tan head and little lacing. Smell and taste were peat, smoked malt, light smattering of earthy and floral hops. Pretty standard, really.

Tap – Seven Brides Brewery – Silverton, OR
Dark Brown in color clear with a thin head. Roasty malt aroma with some smoke and light hops. The flavor was light smoke with roasted malt backing. This was a tasty beer. Very floral with hops and with a great finish.

Draught. Poured red black with medium white head. Full aroma, peat and blueberries. Full mouthed flavour, peaty malt and blueberries. Lingering malt finish that can stand up to full flavoured foods.
