A hopless brew with a light, yet slightly sweet, spicy body. Brewed with black tea and a hint of tangerine zest and rye, the aromatic flavor will please beer and wine lovers alike. Definitely something you must try.

Nice citrus aroma. No head when poured. Very light taste given the aroma. The tea really smooths out the flavor. I like it as a hot summer day drink. Don't drink it too late though otherwise you may never sleep given the amount of caffeine in this beer! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From a bottle . The pour is a hazy amber. I like this spice flavors from tea and is something new for me compare to other citrus beers.

Poured from tap to glass. Aroma is sugar, tea, citrus, tangerine, straw. Taste is nice with a dry sweetness throughout. Mouthfeel is refreshing with a medium light body and good carbonation. Overall this is a really fun brew that isnít heavy and shows the tea and tangerine.

Iím not convinced that neither the Black Tea nor the Tangerine Orange flavors are represented well enough, but the beer has a delicious taste nonetheless.

Bottle: † Soft mealy and spicy beer, fairly thick in body, with some citrus peel zest (albeit muted), and a touch of black tea. † Not a bright or sharp beer, the mealiness gives it somewhat of a dull flavor profile. † Tiz okay, but could be a bit spicier with a bit more zest. † Finishes a little sweaty.

Draught in a flight at the brewpub. Pours a hazy amber color. Nose had a lot of orange to it, with a fair amount of grains coming through. Taste was slightly sweet with a fair amount of citrus/orange. This ended up being a fun and interesting drink.

Orange/citrus nose with some black tea influence. Pretty solid mingling of the two flavors til some diacetyl kicks in pretty hard. Interesting concept, however even aside from the buttery popcorn finish it is not very refined/integrated.

1st review ever! Poured from a bomber. Aroma doesnít have much going on- faint muddled citrus, thatís about it. Appearance is a nice slightly hazy burnt orange. Medium carbonation, slightly syrupy, homebrewy body. Taste hits you with herbal citrus, ending in a slightly fruity almost tropical finish. At the very end, I got a nice little black tea bitterness. Overall, I just want this beer to be pushed a little more. The malt base is pretty weak, not a strong recipe to build on top of I think. What was surprising was how well the tea and tangerine are used. Thatís the strength, they just need to tweak and refine this thing. Definitely worth checking out, maybe not revisiting. But maybe Iíd like it better on a summer day.

Draft. Brewery. Decent beer. Kicked body and and hop. Pretty easy beer to drink, but not great.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange/apricot. Light pitted fruit aroma. Med body. Flavor is fruit, spice, tea. Not bitter. Not quite dry. Interestingly different.
