A complex northwest IPA brewed with a family secret blend of hops. It’s auburn body is balanced with a light bitterness and defined by its citrus and passionfruit flavors.

Bottle - pours a nice clear copper with thick head. Nose of hops, grass, and grain. Taste balance between hop and grass. Oily mouthfeel. Very dry finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

One of the most unique smelling and tasting IPA’s I have ever had. Since it is so unique, I love it. Very good beer. The secret blend of hops makes this the most unique, interesting, and enjoyable IPA I have ever had.

Bomber. Fits description on bottle with the exception of the citrus notes. They ate there but the bitterness washes them over with a more thick carmely taste. Overall a decent easy drinker exp if you like something on the bitter side.

Amber in color clear with a thin head. Big hops forward aroma and terrific flavor. This was a very good IPA.

Poured from 22 oz bomber 4-23-14. Fantastic sticky off white head that lingers. Cloudy dark honey color. High carbonation. Great orange hop scent. Medium bitter finish.

Bottle:   Barnish and a bit stale sort of IPA.   Has some mealy bits, kinda husky, with a moderately bitter background.   Great head and lacing, but not bright on the tongue.   Has some alfalfa notes to it, which is odd.   Feels clean despite the barnish/musty and odd husky alfalfa bits.   Bitterness lingers quite long.   Pretty smooth otherwise.   Could stand to be without those mealy and husky alfalfa notes.   Otherwise its decent.

Draught in a flight at the brewpub. Pours a clear light amber color. Nose is very light and hard to detect, though I could get some slight floral elements off it. Taste was moderately bitter, but the hops weren’t all that satisfyingly bitter. Just didn’t sit well with me.

From bottle. Full golden color. Aroma is tart citrus, bread, and some lightly bitter grass notes. Taste is tart and sweet tropical fruit, sweet malt, and grapefruit. Prickly hop presence, but not bitter, nicely balanced. Citrus and tart hints in the finish.

Keg at the taproom, 10/11/14. Clear golden with a decent light beige covering. Nose is earthy hops, citric rind, orange squash, straw. Taste comprises orange pith, melon, straw, mineral notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with hop bitterness in the close. Ok IPA.

One of the most average forgettable IPAs I’ve had in a while. Hop profile is pretty characterless and one noted. Malt backbone does a decent job of supporting the hops, but they really need to spice up the hop profile with some more interesting cutting edge hop varietals if they want to keep up with the intense competition in the pnw.
