Thanks to Oakes for this one. Cloudy yellow, thin white head. Sweet orange/lemon nose. Flavor is a watered down wheaty orange. Odd malt flavors, a little spice in the finish.

Light banana aroma and some wheaty characters. Fruity banana flavor. Light body. Simple but effective.

Cloudy yellow. Marshmallowy, bananaish aroma. Sweet, fluffy character. Straightforward but fairly well made.

Can. Banana-like. Quite yeasty. Looked almost like a Belgian wit, but I know it was the weizen. Fairly uninspired and uneventful, but not bad. Could be a nicer thirst quencher for those who have access to it.

Pleasing wheat and spice aroma, light hazy yellow, tiny head. Taste has a mild spiciness and some wheat. Light bodied, easy to drink. Fair, seemed more like a wit. Thanks Oakes.

sweet and sour, but its quaffable. Dry, middle mouthfeel. Some bannana, citric mouthfeel, understated carbonation. White in appearance and nice pour. Yawner however. Sample #19 at Radekfest 05, courtesy of Oakes.

Thanks to Islandhaole for this. Pours dark straw with banana, hopcit nose and similar tastes. Somewhat light mouthfeel, with a hopcit finish. I have concluded that Ginga Kogen means "Two Reindeer."

A slightly hazy medium Golden/Orange color with a small white head. Cotton candy, Cloves and Oranges in the nose. A spritzy somewhat sticky feel with a rather thin body. Sweet grainy (wheat) with some citrus tartness. Another decent brew from Ginga Kogen. But I’m sure I’d enjoy it more sitting on my porch in the Summer than freezing my arse off in the Winter!
