Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Grenish pale yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy and yeasty aroma. Citrus notes. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Some citrus notes. Watery palate.

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is citrus, spices, herbs. Flavour is citrus, herbs, malt, spices. Bad beer.

33cl, new exclusive German brew Anno 2009, with ginseng, from Haus der 131 Biere Hamburg, not complex brew, spicy/malty and slightly sweet, yet not too heavy, not balanced, cloudy, good head, nothing special

Bottle.Pours pale yellow with a big white head.Aroma of malt, sugar,candy and yeast.Flavor is sweet and malty with some candy notes.Medium body, average carbonation.Weird beer.

Bottle. A clear, slightly pale golden golden beer with a decent white head. Lots of spices on the nose, coriander and orange, almost dishwashing water like. Soapy, medium to thin body. Citrus, spices, mostly coriander, and some pale malts in the flavor. Not much bitterness. Sure not my kind of beer in any way, no matter how much ginseng there’s in it. 110917

Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus and herbs. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Yellow and hazy. Has a white head, medium duration. Aroma is spicy, citrus. Flavor is medium sweet, light acidic. Watery, creamy texture. Lively carbonation.

Bottle 33 cl. Light yellow, slightly hazy pour with a big white head, which is rapidly declining. Light aroma of malt, with notes of pepper. The taste seems slightly acidic and has notes of ginger. In the end felt peppers that go into a slightly acidic aftertaste. A little fun flavor, but still a refreshing beer.

It’s unclear, light-golden with a huge head and the aroma has notes of ginseng, yeast/coriander and citrus. The flavour is sweet with notes of ginseng, coriander/yeast and a light peppery bite like in ginger.
