Bottle @ Den Tatoverede Enke. Pours light hazy red with a diminishing pink small head. Aroma is artificial raspberry, oak and tart fruit. Taste is light+ sweet and tart. Finishes fruity and light tart. Refreshing and entirely fruit-driven.

Bottle 375 ml. Clear red pour with pink head. Aroma is straight up raspberry jam, blueberries and flowers. Light tartness, fruits come up as raspberry and cherry. Some floral hops and caramel malts. Probably the best sweetened fruit lambic I’ve had.

Bottle (375 ml). Clear ruby red with a small to medium off-white head and little to no lacing. Aroma is of sweet raspberries, slight oak, light tartness and some cherry notes. Taste is moderately sweet with raspberry puree, cherries, light wood and very light tartness. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Not really dry. Too sweet for my liking and not really complex, but this is still easy to drink and quite refreshing.

Bottled form Erzbierschof, Bern – Pours clear ruby with a short-lasting pink head. Nose is full of raspberries. Tastes of raspberries and the typically lambic flavour. Dry and sour finish. Loved this one with a scoop of fior di latte!

Very good lambic. Clear ruby red, nose is of actual raspberries and a hint of something rural in the background, maybe a bit like a farmhouse on a misty june morning, something earthy and soft tangy animal smell. Very nice! Taste is sour, clean, nice soft bitterness and leaves a dry quiet aftertaste, a hint of something acidic. Perfect beer for a picnic in a park.

mcberko (5369) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 9, 2013
375mL bottle at Moeder Lambic St Gilles, pours a clear ruby red with a medium pinkish beige head. Aroma of sweetened raspberry purée dominating and a little yeast. Flavour seems a bit muted, with dry raspberries and not much else. It tastes slightly artificial and again quite muted, despite being dominated by raspberries. Nothing offensive about it, but certainly nothing special.

Poured a murky reddish brown with a frothy pinkish head. Aroma of sweet raspberry over muted malt. Medium smooth body, slightly watery. Flavour as the aroma, quite sweet with a dry bitter/sweet end.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours dirty red in color with a foamy pinkish head. Raspberries and notes of wheat in aroma. Raspberries and a bit of malts in taste. Not that tart nor sweet either. Felt a bit flat.
