Pours orange with a beige head. Aroma is raspberry, light leather and light acidic. Flavour is sour, acidic, leather and raspberry.

Pours a nice red colour without a head. Sweet raspberries and cherries on the aroma, very liqueur-like. The taste is very cherry-sweet with notes of oak. Medium bodied. The finish is fruity, lemonish and quite dry. Nice fruit lambic.

Bottle at Delirium. Pours out a totally red pinkish hue with a medium white head. A sugary sweet berry nose. The flavor is good; some tartness, rich berries and some sweetness. Decent.

Bottle at Jimmack’s invitational. Pours pink raspberry. Strong tart raspberry nose. Taste is sweet tart raspberry.

Bottle at ’T Brugs Beertje. Red plum pour with a small head. Aroma of real, genuine tart raspberry, like jam, along with some other deep, dark fruit presence, like a touch of black cherry. Flavor has more funk added to the raspberry jam dominance. Palate is light and a bit watery. Good, but not great.

Bottled 375ml. It pours a reddish brown beer. Good head retention. A very accessible fruit lambic. Sweet. Balanced sourness. Not overly complex. Pleasant.
