Little head, strawberry brown. Super raspberry nose. Actually quite heavy with some swetness. Semifull and some length. Taatevis lightly sour with some strawwberry and raspberry sweetnes. Super.

Very good lambic. Clear ruby red, nose is of actual raspberries and a hint of something rural in the background, maybe a bit like a farmhouse on a misty june morning, something earthy and soft tangy animal smell. Very nice! Taste is sour, clean, nice soft bitterness and leaves a dry quiet aftertaste, a hint of something acidic. Perfect beer for a picnic in a park.

375mL bottle at Moeder Lambic St Gilles, pours a clear ruby red with a medium pinkish beige head. Aroma of sweetened raspberry purée dominating and a little yeast. Flavour seems a bit muted, with dry raspberries and not much else. It tastes slightly artificial and again quite muted, despite being dominated by raspberries. Nothing offensive about it, but certainly nothing special.

Poured a murky reddish brown with a frothy pinkish head. Aroma of sweet raspberry over muted malt. Medium smooth body, slightly watery. Flavour as the aroma, quite sweet with a dry bitter/sweet end.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours dirty red in color with a foamy pinkish head. Raspberries and notes of wheat in aroma. Raspberries and a bit of malts in taste. Not that tart nor sweet either. Felt a bit flat.

Crystal clear ruby red. 2 finger slightly red hear fading very slowly Nose is full of candy syrup. Hit of raspberry Taste is barely tart. Lots of candy, sugar, fake raspberry taste and overall, disappointing. Luckily, boom framboise is much worse. This is pretty bad

Nice red colour. Medium carbonation. Aroma of red fruit. Good balance between sweet and sour. Ease drinkable and very refreshing.

17.12.12. Bottle. Small white head, clear orangey-red color. Aroma is a strong, sweet, fresh raspberry; pleasant. Taste is sour (but not very) and some raspberry. Mouthfeel quite smooth and a medium length sour and slightly bitter aftertaste. Overall, not too shabby.

Bottle from Beer Mania (Brussels, Belgium)
Pours with a quickly receding head. Aroma is quite sour, with hints of raspberries. Color is a relatively light red. Taste is everything that I hope for in a lambic. Very sour, but clearly a frambroise.

Bottle: The aroma consists of fresh raspberries with just a touch of funk. It pours a slightly hazy amber with a small pinkish head that quickly fades to a thin film. The flavor starts with a quick dose of sweet raspberry. The finish has light-moderate tart raspberry with some light funk, wood, and dust. It?s light-medium bodied with mild carbonation.
