3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 Bart (2513) - Brussels, - FEB 3, 2006
Three months over time, I don’t know what effect this has on a beer like this. The colour is light red-pink, with a small pink head. Sweet-sour raspberry aroma.Full bodyn with a light sour touch in it. Finish is rather sour with some sharper touches. At the end lasts a dry and pepery finish and some cork touches. The raspberry don(t come back in the taste. Afterall not a bad one.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Martinus (873) - Nijmegen, NETHERLANDS - MAY 9, 2012
Red colour, pinkish white deminishing head. Aroma of raspberry, raspberry jam, quite volatile. Light sour, light sweet. Quite tart flavour, dry, not sweet at all, even a surprising lack of sweetness. Light wood, somewhat astringent. Very decent carbonation, dry finish, lingering raspberry.
Overall it is a quite light framboise, but nice and even rather pink champagne like.

7/10/11/8/6/8

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Mortlach (438) - Rome, ITALY - JAN 21, 2012
27/04/2011 375ml bottle. Corpo medio, carbonazione corretta, complessa e ben bilanciata.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 OliverG (253) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 6, 2012
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 dutchbeerpages (853) - Wilnis, NETHERLANDS - DEC 25, 2011
Real geuze, the raspberry is not very distinct, nice tartness to the drink. Not sweet at all. Bottle from De Bierwinkel in Leiden.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 kramer (3459) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 9, 2011
Bottle, Delirium Cafe. Pours a brilliant ruby amber with a frothy one inch off-white head. So much fresh raspberry in the nose, hard to believe that this is an authenticly produced lambic. Just a light touch of cellar funkiness. The flavor is bursting with raspberry, zero acidity, this is crazy drinkable. Only slightly funky. Medium bodied with a touch of clingy fruit and perfect spritzy carbonation. A wonderfully drinkable beer!
