3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Light red to orange, quickly disappearing head. Very smooth feeling; Sour-sweet combination of lemon and raspberry, the latter remaining in a long-remaining warm aftertaste.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Stunning nosy, bright and inviting, nice head. Great aroma, concentrated raspberry, although moderate in beery notes. Taste not quite up to that standard, with less sourness and less complexity than I hoped. Ending is quite short too. It’s okay, but either not aged enough or needs more malt complexity to really lift up the flavours. (33cl bottle from Prik&Tik Leuven)

Strawberry red pour, no head.
Lots of rasperries. Acidy and fresh with tart sweetness.
Sweet impact, lots of raspberries but turns on you with sharp acid. Quite bitter, actually.

Bottle from a belgian bottle shop (forgot which one). Tart smell with lots of raspberries. Similar taste. Refreshing. Very fruity with a strong raspberry aroma. Not that sour though.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Looks nice, deep hazy red with pink head. Aroma has tart raspberries without any funk. Taste is a bit bland, sour with some fruit character. Overall a decent fruit beer but not really what you would expect from a lambic.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: JUL 28, 2015 The beer pours a vibrant reddish purple color. This pour was quite clear, not even any haze. Fizzy pinkish head blooms up quickly, but it dies down after a couple minutes. Lots of lacing. The aroma has raspberries and funk but with a touch of artificial sweetness. Some jamminess to the fruit flavor. Funk is pretty mild but provides a nice fruity, barnyard flavor. Taste is moderately sweet with a nice tangy sourness. Mild to moderate acidity. The sweetness is actually pretty nicely balanced against the tangy sourness. It’s very easy to drink. No real off notes. Fizzy with a little body and pretty light pucker. I liked this more than I expected to.

This framboise is an incredible type really spontaneous fermented lambic, with its bubbly carbonation is fresh, lively and refreshing. Good taste and aroma of raspberries. It is aligned sweet and slightly yeasty towards the end. Very tasty and delicate.

Decent beer. Aromas of sweet cherry. More sour cherry in the flavour. Oakiness too. A bit of a watery finish.

Ruby, bit brown with small pink head. Raspberry aroma. Good raspberry taste, sour, but not not swet, some bitterness in the beackgrouns. REfreshing. Slight bitterness stays in the aftertaste.
