COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Unfiltered.

Hazy orange with white head. Loads of fruity brett in the aroma. Tart, lemon and earth finish. Overall: fruit forward and not to much funk.

375ml bottle at Waterhuis aan de Bierkant in Gent. Clear deep golden body, small white foam head. Aroma of lemons, sour cherries, barrel, old hops, grapefruit. Taste as you would expect is fresh and sour: lemons, sour cherries, a touch of leather, green grapes, lactic acid. Very nice and classy.

kindly shared by bartlebier@ (home)brewtasting 5/15; aromas and taste of sour cherries, wood, lacto, a hint of marzipan and bitter almond, vineyard peaches and forest strawberries with a mouldy edge becoming an earthy undertone.

Bottle thanks to errl. Hazy gold pour with a nice 1 finger head that fades to a nice film with a collar. Super funky aroma of feet, barnyard, sweat, grape skins, lemon peel, and some stone fruit. Tastes light to moderately sour. Moderately tart. Lots of barnyard, sweat, and leather. Finished with lemon juice, grape skins, and light peach. Pretty smooth and solid gueuze but not one of my favorites.

Bottle pour into a girardin tumbler. Pours a clear gold with a white head of foam. The aroma is musty and earthy and funky. The taste is fairly sour and juicy. Medium body and carbonation. Pretty solid.
