Strong aroma is everything i like about this style; musty earth, hay barnyard, cheesy, mold, dandelion. Light, lively mouthfeel. Pours a cloudy yellow golden color, with a smooth watery head, and vibrant sheets of lacing. Very barnyard aroma, with salty meat and wheat. Tart ripe fruit flavors, vinegar, citrus, warm bread. Tart, lightly funky nose, a very light woodiness, apricot and mild cat piss. Sour/tart flavor, somewhat acidic, dry and dusty, Granny Smith apple, wood.. SO much going on here... some sour white grape, a pop of vinegar, gets drier.. jeez.. very good stuff. Finish is dry, lightly fruity, dust. I love this beer... white grapefruit peeks in at the end.
