Commercial Description:
Unfiltered.

Pours a nice golden amberish color that has a decent whitish head that rises and falls fairly quickly. Nose is bringing the funk. Minor antiseptic tones are mixed with a more dominatingly sweet character. Flavor is great. Nice sour tang. Wonderful level of funk. Well done. Very smooth feel. This is so easy to drink. Does it come in gallons??

Bottle, acquired in a trade with Tertons. Hazy light orange in color with a small off white head. Aroma is funky as hell with barnyard, stinky cheese, as well as sour lemons. Taste is moderately sour with alot of sour fruit, oak, earth, and quite funky with barnyard and sweaty socks. Hints of black pepper. Finishes with lingering sourness. Very nice, thanks alot Nelson.

From bottle : Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head that disipates quickly. Nose is citrus and barnyardy. Taste is very tart, some citrus and metallic hints, and acidy. Starts a little sweet then goes to bitter at the end, with the tartness. Medium body but a rough abbrasive palate. There really isnt any aftertaste. Very nice though.

Pours a hazed yellow brown gold with a decent head. Big ass tart lambic! Dry. Really bites the back of the nose. Very socky!! Very small bubbles with a nice fluidity to it. Big dry tartness. Oaky tannic, leaves the mouth rough! Very acidic and lemony. very very dry acidic finish. This makes 3 Fontenein Oude Gueze from earlier in the night look tame.

Explosive bottle at cgarvieuk coolbeans party. Golden cloudy with a big fluffy white head. Fusty hops and gueuze, lively nose, mouth is very dry, gueuzey, some sourness, cotton wool. Fresh, very balanced. Excellent.

Bottled. Effervescent pour that produces a rocky white head and a sparkling gold color with lots of carbonation. Immediate aroma of tart citric notes with apple and oak. Wild yeasts and their sourness are noticeable here too. Earthy flavors of wet soil, breadish yeast, green apple and vinous acetic acid are nicely mixed together. Finishes very dry and carbonated with a puckering finish. Extremely balanced palate. This is my favorite go-to gueuze that always satisfies.

Clear yellow-orange color with a modest white head that sticks around surprisingly long for such an acidic style. Aroma is sour/tart citruses like lemon, lime, and orange. Very funky and wild. Pretty sharp vinegar taste with influence from the sweeter citrus notes. Finish is puckering and funky. Bone dry and refreshing, with great carbonation. One of the easier to drink gueuzes I’ve had.
