Commercial Description:
Unfiltered.

Green corked bottle 375 ml
I ve waited for milestone, surviving gloomy Monday with horrible pain at my back … Good enough excuse why not today, waiting is over.
Appearance: Some sparkle in this sea Baltic amber, small island of zesty foam. 3+
Nose : Aroma sweeter than any hardcore limbic lover might expect. Hint of tart red apple, klops pear and red gooseberry. Soft sensory travel .8-
Flavor/Palate : Kiss of fresh lemon with grinded apple weaved fruity sugars. Acidicity slowly sipping onto your palate. Ruby grapefruit with lime finishing. play. Refreshing vessel well made no doubt but this isn’t the best.

bottle thanks to my santa......pours an orange brown with a fluffy white head that quickly dissipates....enticing aroma of funky citrus notes (mainly lemon)and a musty barnyardiness just the way i like it....flavors of the same vein with the bitterness evolveing to a decent sense of sweetness even. but jever just so slightly but still some acidity intermixed with the latter.....i’m with the masses on this one. very nice.

Bottle shared; thanks to Axilla. Poured hazy golden copper color with a thin white head. Aroma of citrus and earthy funk. The flavor was maybe a little to fresh due to the lack of tart that I enjoy. Flavors of peach, lemon, musty funk and a tad sweet. I would love to rate this again with a bottle that is a little more aged.

350 ml. bottle from PhillyBeer2112. Pour is a slightly cloudy orange, with an off white head which fades quickly. Aroma is very engaging, Brett, barnyard funk, floral, citrus - just tons going on in the nose. Taste is equally engaging, bone dry earthy funk with the Brett, rounded out with some nice lemon citrus and a woody - sour finish. The palate is light, though this makes the flavors in this beer pronounced, yet soft and delicate. Masterpiece. Thanks for this one Dan, it was great.

Bottle picked up at the Hop Duvel, Gent, early December 07. Shared this in Belgian Beer Tasting evening with Loz, Casey and Traci’ 04-01-08 Didn’t take any notes as I was convinced that I’d had this beer and rated it before (which I had) so whilst some of this is unearthed from travel diary the rest is from memory. Poured hazy dull orange colour with white rapidly receding head, in fact the head on my beer had all but gone by the time Casey passed me my glass. Aroma a bit musty and that nice funky sourness also a touch woody. lovely dry snappy bite wonderful tartness, refreshing with some gentle lemon zinginess zapping away. A truly excellent beer that I loved.

Bottle, with Fin, Loz and Traci at our Belgian Beer Tasting (Part II). Bright copper, persistent skim of white head. Soft wool and peach aroma, and a little bit of classy old lady perfume. Mouthwatering, fabulous under-ripe apricot flavor, briney-sweetness, sublime clean finish. Something about this is just so fantastically balanced, the gentle tartness and the sourness merging into something profound, musical, absolutely jammed with flavor but somehow still delicate. Thanks so much Fin for sharing this remarkable beer!

pours a murky golden orange colored beer with lively carbonation. Smell light barnyard funk with a mild blue cheese aroma. Nice balance of dry vs tartness in the taste. Green apples acidity matched with a light lemon vingear backing. Mouth feel is dry but with a pretty light body.

.5 litre green bottle- pours a dark gold color with a slight white head. Effervescent, musty aroma. A mellow sourness that does not overpower. Nice dry character. Impressive.
