Jun 22, 2007 375ml bottle. Poured a slightly hazy golden color with a bubbly white head that settled down quickly. Strong sour citrus aroma with muscat grapes, green apples, a lot of woodiness, and a definite musty character. Flavors were very intensely sharp and sour, with a slight bitterness. Highly carbonated, soft fizzy mouthfeel with an ultra-dry finish. This stuff is really great, I could drink it all day...
