4.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
UPDATED: MAY 13, 2013 You read the stuff people taste in this beer underneath. Nevertheless, this is an amazing Geuze. If you look at the price, the quality and the knowledge this lambic is brewed with, you can only adore this beer. It’s complex, soft, sour, intreging... It’s an amazing Geuze...

Pale amber coloured. Extremely complex with balanced, tart acidity. One of few beers that combines being both very flavourful and very refreshing.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a hazy, orangy/amber, three finger, dense white head which lasts throughout. A bit of sediment floating around. Aromas of orange peel, lemons, apple, straw, pine, fresh flowers, mustiness, tangy, doughy yeast. Taste- very impressive- lots of bitterness, very lemony and piney, huge sourness, tart fruit, bitter finish, lots of carbonation. Really refreshing- excellent.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
375ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with average, frothy to macropore, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Complex floral, fruity, yeasty aroma has bretty notes, hints of citrus, chewing gum, oak, grapes, a spicy, peppery, yeasty touch that almost bites in the nose. Taste is mildly tart, dry, hints of fruit acid, oak, grapes. I can see the complexity, but I’m still not into this style.
