COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Unfiltered.

Bottle. Hazy golden orange color with a huge frothy head. Sour, fruity aroma. As expected the taste, after a fleeting sweetness, is lemony and grapefruity and ends with some dryness. Very easy to drink and enjoy.

An extremely explosive beer - about half of it ran over when I opened it. The color is an unclear dark orange and it has a beutiful though collapsing orange head. The aroma is lovely of grapefruit but also with notes of wood. The flavor is very nicely sour with notes of grapefruit, wood, and lemon. The sourness draw the mouthwater.

(Bottle 37,5 cl) Hazy, amber golden with floating impurities and an off-white head. Sourish, vinous aroma with some wood. Medium body, lightly sweet caramel and a distinct sourness. Again these lovely wooden flavours. Sour finish. 090507

Pale amber coloured. Extremely complex with balanced, tart acidity. One of few beers that combines being both very flavourful and very refreshing.

Light amber color; big head; persistent perlage. Soft nose, woody and acetic; white pepper; harmonious, really interesting. Good balance of tartness, sourness, maltiness; wood, magnesia, light residual sweetness. Thanks to Philippe (Bov) for this bottle.
