Bottle. Hazy Orange with a short-lived White head.Funky classic Gueuze aroma. Sour, moldy. All that good stuff. Quite fizzy. Lemony tartness and a nice dry finish. Delicious.

On tap at Ølbaren. Hazy reddish amber color with a thin white head. Fresh aroma of wild yeast, citrus, vinegar. Light sour taste balanced with some sweetness. Light sweet finish, very drinkable.

0.375l bottle. Slightly hazy orange body with a white head. The aroma has a combination of sweet (caramel, brown sugar) and sour (brett, cider). Taste of cider, brett, caramel, toast and grapes. It’s also a bit salty. Very nice.

I’m really not a huge fan of Gueuze beers but this is easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Very light and easy to drink. Sour aroma but light tart flavor. Almost champagne-like. If you’re looking for a good Geuze then I would recommend it. Otherwise it’s still not my favorite beer style.

Pours quite clear, amber color with dense white, average head, lacing but medium diminishing. Aroma of sweet malt(caramel), brett(fruity and funky - wet hay, barnyard) , light lactic tartness, balanced and beautiful. Flavor is ballanced too, light malty (caramel), light tart, light funky(stone fruit, light spiciness), not too complex. Soft carbonation, medium body. Very good brew but no the most complex one. Girardin proves on of the most consistent in quality breweries, but having amazing beers, it don’t excel in any style.

Bottiglia 37,5 regalo, bevuta a casa. Ambrata con schiuma non troppo persistente. Molto carbonata, amara e un po acidula. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhold

Bottle @ New Years Tasting. Pours a clear amber beer with a small white head on top. Aroma of barnyard, slight Brett and leather with some fruityness shining trough in the back. Flavor is slightly sour, mild fruits again and tartness in the finish. Mild carbonation, decent stuff.
