Bottle. 5.0%. Intense, sour cherry smell. Tastes of light spring water and sweet/sour cherry flavors. Boisterous mouthfeel. Overall very good.

Rigtig god kriek med en behagelig, naturlig duft og smag af kirsebær. Ikke eddike-agtig smag. Savner en interessant eftersmag.

Cherries and vanilla on the nose with traces of oak. Pours red with a pinkish white head. Very effervescent. Cherries upfront, not very sweet, mild tartness with oak and vanilla and unsweetened cherries. It has a very dry finish, dry and crisp. Very nice.

Bottle-cork 37,5 cl from erzbierschof.ch. Dark garnet red with pale pink head. Fruity aromas of cherry, almond, winey and woody notes. Taste is rather acidic, very fruity, very refreshing. Good balance acid-sugar, hints of lambic, apple, cheese, rancid. Dry and persistent with bitter of kernel-almond in finale.

Hazy red with a pink head. Aroma is sweet, cherries and light sour. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 161111

Bottle @ Ølkonsortiet christmas beer tasting. Pours deep red with a small pink head. Aroma of sweet and tart cherries, almond, sugar. Taste is tart cherries, almond, sugar, wood, sourness. Thin body, soft carbonation, slight tart finish. 051111

From the bottle. Poured a ruby red with lots of carbonation, unfiltered. Fruity aroma, cherries being obvious. Tastes very sweet, almost like a carbonated fruit drink rather than a beer. Some sourness, too, but the sweetness dominated. Perhaps too much.
