2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate-heavy butter, light cherry, nuts, and faint funk. It pours a mostly transparent amber and a small pinkish head that quickly fades to a thin ring. The flavor starts a quick dose of sweet cherry before finishing with some soir cherry and light-moderate butter. Itís light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall...wow...butter in a lambic?

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
(From notes 8 Nov, 2012) Bottle. Pink, uniform, large head. Clear red pour. Sweet, creamy aroma, but not super sweet. Flavor is not sour, but not too sweet either. A bit watery. Mouthfeel is smooth. Finish is a short sour.
Well, Iím not a fan of lambics. This was easy to drink, and not what a real lambic is in my mind (too sweet, too easy).

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap @ Den Tatoverede Enke, Copenhagen. Pours a clear red, with a finger thick head. Aroma is sour, with brett and an almost ridiculous amount of cherries. Body is full, with an almost creamy texture and with flat carbonation. Flavour is sour with un-sweetened canned cherries, brett and notes of fruit and oak barrels.
