Tap at WOSF’10. Sweet medicinal cherry grape aroma. Clear violet color with thin head. Sweet lightly tart cherry malt flavor. Mild acidity. Smooth, easy drinking lambic but not much funk.

Bag-in-a-box at Copenhage beermarathon 2004: Deep red with absolutely no head. Very nice aroma of cherries, with just a hint of the sourness. The taste is very well rounded and balanced. a good experience

@Pauls-provided by puzzl-Girardin unblendeds chugging-10L box–pours a retaining white/pink bubbly head and red/orange color. Aroma is tart fruit-cherry, earthy. Taste is tart fruit-cherry, earthy, vinuous. Soft carbonation.

Bag-in-box from Ølbutikken. Spare head, flat hazy red body. Aroma of cherry, cask wood, wine, vinegar and basement. Yeasty. Light body, thin texture, flat carbonation and bitter finish. Moderate sweet and light/moderate bitter flavor.

On draught at Hotel Centrum, Beersel. Dark ruby red with a medium-sized pink head. Definite cherry aroma, even quite sweet. Strong semi-sweet cherry flavours, dry woody finish. Quite fizzy, medium body. Good kriekenlambik, but cherry steals the show.

[2401-20090801] Bottle. Mild roasted cherry fruit aroma. Hazy, red body with no head. Nice cherry juice flavour. Medium body is a little sour. Drinkable, quite nice.

Enjoyed at Het Warm Water in Brussels. Deep ruby color with a few bubbles, strong fruit aroma, sweet cherries are juicy and mildly tart but not sour, mouthfeel is mostly flat but not thin. An enjoyable drink.

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2010 [9/6/09] Tap at Verzekering Tegen De Grote Dorst in Eizeringen. Clear deep red color. Aroma of fresh cherries, some sweat and oak. Sourish-sweetish flavor of cherries, wood, light medicinal quality, and a dry sour finish with a hint of astringency. Medium-bodied. A bit too mild but nice.

Pours a very pretty red color, there are a few bubbles atop the beer as it comes out, but this is basically flat.
The aroma is nutty with some cherry and light yogurt.
The flavor is very pleasantly earthy with a great bit of tart cherry flavor, the kriek is mildly sour and has some citrus rind flavor along with a bit of plain yogurt.
