(3/1/08) Draught sample at Zythos Bier Festival 2008 in Sint Niklaas. Clear golden with no head. Very nice barnyard aroma. Sour flavor with wood and citrus. Good rounded mouthfeel.

Sep 28, 2008 Bag-in-box @KØ 2005. Golden body with no head. Aroma is intensive sour, fruity and hint of oak. Flavor more than less as aroma. Intense, refreshing acid sour, fruity like immature cider apple and traces of wood.

Appearance: golden yellow-orange
Flavor: some startchiness--like potatoes, some spices and some stewed tomatoes or tomato sauce
Palate: smooth with weird vegetable taste--this really isn’t working...
