COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a tiny white head. Heavy Brett aroma. Medium body, carbonation is a little low, sweet fruitiness, a little sulphurous and farty from the heavy Brett. A slightly tart edge. Ends dryish. A mini-Orval almost. 251111

Bottle, 75cl. An almost clear one, golden to light amber in color and with a small, dense, off-white head. Fruity, peppery aroma with some sourness, leathery and bretty. Flowery too. Rather effervescent on the palate, medium bodied and quite dry. Lemony bretty flavor with some pepper notes. Could use a bit more bitterness all the way. Overall, a quite nice one, especially like the combo of pepper and brett. 111125
