Birra di grano bavarese per eccellenza, la nostra weizen si caratterizza per un bel colore giallo e un’abbondante schiuma bianca persistente. Aroma di frutta bianca matura, note leggere di chiodi di garofano e banana caratterizzano olfattivamente questa birra rinfrescante. Al palato predomina la sensazione crepitante del frumento maltato, toni dolci del malto e le note fruttate.

Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, bubble gum. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, bubble gum, banana, yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20121215]
