Bottle 33cl. @ [ Fastelavns Tasting Ulfborg ].
Light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, straw, dusty, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20090221]

Bottled. An unclear amber beer wtih a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, alcohol, and peaches. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, peaches, dust, and metal - not to my liking. Thanks KimJohansen for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of KimJohansen. Hazy golden with a dense off-white head. Sweetish, spicy nose. Medium body with sweet malts, a little caramel and again spices. Subdued bitterness. 141208

33 cL bottle, courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours hazy orange with a diminished white head. Mild fruity and yeasty aroma. Mild wheaty to malty flavoured, light fruity note and with a mellow yeasty note into the finish. Lasting yeasty finish. Vague citric note.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour with mediumsized white head. Fruits, clove and some spices in aroma. Flavour is fruits, clove, grass and some spice. Very pleasant and refreshing thing.

Bottled. Explosively gushing upon opening. Pours cloudy amber with brief, lively head. Fruity nose with plums and other ripe fruits. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Grapes and plums, slight bready notes. Low bitterness. Really interesting beer, but I recommend others to open in the shower.

UPDATED: MAR 20, 2009 Bottle, 6.3%. Fruity and yeasty aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is slightly yeasty with some papery hoppiness. Fruity paper note in the finish. 5 3 5 3 7

Bottle at ZBF09. Spicy aroma, herbal and interesting. Cloudy amber colour. Stable tan head. The flavour is like the aroma, spicy and herbal. Slightly watery, but OK. A little graininess in the finish. 6 3 6 3 11

Hazy amber with medium white head. Sweet and spicy aroma with yesaty and malty notes. Loads of coriander in the flavour along with yeat, ripe fruits and caramel notes. Finished sweet.

Cloudy, blonde with a thin head. Spicy and very herbal yeasty nose with peppery alcohol notes and light pale malts. Sweetish body with a peppery, spicy, finish. Good balance and the spritz cuts through the sugar.

(33cl bottle) Pours a cloudy golden body with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, stomach acid, and peach. Flavor of yeast, earth, some fruitiness, grass, and light bread.
