COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Holtegaard. Læs om Gl. Holtegaard på www.holtegaard.org.

Have yet to try a better cider than this. Yellow of colour it gives out the a dry champagne-like taste. this is not the cider for the people that likes all sweetwater, but for people that enjoys quality taste mixed with a very freshness.

Botella bought from the Pomona Cider man himself. Clear thin golden yellow like colour. Mild apple fruity sweet bit aroma. Good mouthfeel. Flavour is on the mild side, sweet like apples, fruity, bit dry. Pleasant mild soft fresh cider.

Pours a very clear yellow like a muscatto-dominated witewine together with a clear sparklingness. The nose is fine and easy...apples apples apples... a little side note of green grapes. The taste is fresh and rather mild with a sparkling feeling like a week riesling - not at all as complex and heavy as the fine iced ciders but a bit more fresh and perhaps a bit more drinkable. The finish is surprisingly week and disappointing. The taste is offcause dominated of the sweet pamona-apples with a light vinegar-twist.

The color is yellow-golden, and there is no head. The aroma has a light sweetness and notes of apples. The flavour has notes of both sweet and sour apples, and the apple flavour is very pure. The finish is dry and it’s a straightforward and easy to drink cider.
