Very smooth and drinkable, strong earthy bourbon flavor, along with vanilla aftertaste. Light hops, moderately malty. Yummy

On cask at the brewpub. Pours a lightly hazy golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma had hints of whiskey, some vanilla, toffee and sweet malts. Flavor is all Jim Beam up front followed by some toffee, vanilla, almonds, sweet malts. Kind of thin with lots of bourbon...too much.
