COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is big, malty, slightly fruity, and high in alcohol. The higher alcohol is a result of the icing process where a portion of the water is frozen and removed from the beer. Aged 1.5 years in virgin Ukrainian oak rendering big vanilla notes.

@ Glacier Brewhaus. Dark brown color with fleeting tan head. Nice sawmill oak, dark bread, dark fruit aromas. Medium body with soft co2. Rich dark bread, dry oak, vanilla, dark fruit flavors--good.

Appearance: Clear brown with a small off-white head and some lacing
Aroma and flavors of vanilla, bourbon, brown sugar and woody
Very nice, lots of vanilla and bourbon.
