COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Over twice the amount of hops are used in this beer as compared to our standard IPA. The hop flavor is citrus, floral, and undoubtedly strong, but still clean. One year of oak aging give this beer a unique toasty-vanilla flavor complimenting the intense hop character. The bitterness is intense but held in check with the malt and high alcohol. Reddish-copper in color, this hop monster is a hop head’s delight

On tap @ Glacier. Hazy amber/orange with a dense off white head that leaves lots of lacing. Aroma of vanilla, pine, citrus, caramel and flowers. Flavor is bitter hops, sweet caramel malt, and a warming oak and alcohol. Medium body with soft carbonation and a long, lingering, bitter finish. This beer came out great, the vanilla character from the oak blends well with the base beer, and the hops still seem fresh.

2 x 8oz pours at Glacier brewhouse. Poued a hazy amber color with little to no head. Aroma of oak, hops and citrus. Taste is similar with a balance of hops and malts and an oakey backbone. Finishes nicely with amedium body. Leaves a great after taste. Enjoyed it as my last beer in Alaska.

Amber in color, clear with a thin head. Big oak and hops aroma. Earthy and grassy aroma and flavors. Bug oak and hops this was a very tasty Big IPA brew.

Draft@ Glacier Brewhouse. Hazy amber with a tight white head. Nice floral hop aroma with wood and bourbon. Medium body with light carbonation. Good floral hop flavors with bourbon wood on a caramel malty base brew. Nice balance of barrel and IPA flavors here.
