Our special double dry hopping regime takes place in the aging tank as well as the serving tank. Simcoe and Amarillo hops with special English floor malted barley round out this fruity, unfiltered, session–like IPA. Alcohol: 6.35% by volume. Starting gravity: 15.50 Plato (1.063 S.G.).

Nice, fresh tasting IPA. It has a nice piny, citrus nose and is a bit sweet with firm bitterness in the finish. A good, clean and hop centric brew.

Draft: Poured a orange with a finger tall fluffy white head. Aroma is nice floral and citrus hops. Taste is nice hops bitter with smooth balancing malt. Nice drinking IPA.

On tap at Taphouse Grill in Seattle. Colour...clear amber with a moderately thick off white head. Nose...citrusy with a lean towards the grapefruity side. Palate...moderate CO2, a quick shot of grapefruit rind and pith and then a bit of malt that balances things out quite nicely. There’s some biscuit here and some marmalade as well. Generally a well balanced IPA.

On tap at Orso. Cloudy amber. Nice piney hop aroma. Taste is pine as well with a bit of grapefruit. Medium body. Decent IPA. I tried their DIPA and really enjoyed that as well.

Very hazy golden copper coloured body with large bubbles (pulled) and some small bubbles rising rapidly from the bottom. Aroma of fresh grapefruit and piney hops - very nice, especially on cask. Medium-bodied; Chewy citrus and hop flavours at first. A nice mellow aftertaste of malt, caramel and a lot of hop bitterness is also there - nice! Overall, a good start to beers at Glacier and a solid IPA, especially on cask! I sampled this pint on draught/cask at the brewpub in Anchorage, Alaska on 26-June-2010.

Amber in color, clear with a thin head. Big hops aroma and light malt. Big hops flavor with a silky smooth malt backing. Lots of fruit like hops flavors in the brew. Very tasty IPA.

On tap at West Rib in Talkeetna, Ak. Poured an orange/copper color with an off white head. Aroma of citrus, spice, caramel, earth, maybe some pine and citrus. Flavor had a good dose of citrus, caramel, citrus, rye and a bit of alcohol. Good stuff.

[Tap] Tried this at the brewpub in mid-September. Pours a very light shade of amber with a large white head. Hoppy aroma of pine sap, oranges and grapefruit zest. The hop profile in the flavor is a bit more subdued, but pleasant. Biscuit, floral hop notes, lemon in the taste. Bitter finish. Low carbontion made this seem a little flat. A good IPA that keeps its hoppiness in check.

A hazed blonde IPA with a thin creamy lacing off white head. In aroma, a smooth floral hops, pinhey and restrained, over biscuit malt. In mouth, a nice grassy citrusy hops over caramel malt, light pink grapefruits, not bad. On tap at brewpub, Oct. 9 2011.
