Deep straw body with a dense white three finger head. Light sweetness on the grainy malt backbone with some subtle bready accents. Moderate floral hop notes that were accompanied by light pine, grass, and grapefruit pieces. Nice drink.

Solid beer. On tap at Double Musky, Girdwood, AK. Terrific honey floral aroma with warmth. Nice clear gold color. Good balance and clean finish. Classic West Coast IPA without venturing into hop bomb territory. No complaints.

Draft at brewpub. Hazy golden with foamy white head. Biscuit, orange, grapefuit, honey, with a nice amount of pilth. Ice tea malt, saltine cracker, sticky resinous citra hop. Light body and feel with balanced flavor...the nose is more inspirng than the flavor. Way better that the iipa.

Sampler at Glacier Brewhouse. Pours a cloudy, golden with a white head. Nose is of citrus and pine. Taste is of citrus and pine. Mouthfeel is medium, dry and bitter, but not impressively bitter. Decent.

6/3/08 On draught. The hops tend to be very earthy with a stong resiny influence. Still, balances quite well with the sweet malt.

Nice golden copper color with a very nice mouthfeel not super aggressive, rather balanced, but it does have a bitter finish.

On tap at the brewery, Anchorage, AK. Pours hazy, deep golden with long lasting, foamy, white head and nice lacing. Aroma is of citrusy hops, bready malt, orange marmalade and ripe fruit. Body is full and crisp. Taste is similar to aroma. Finish is long and hoppy. Well made IPA.

Enjoyed from cask Aug. 2008 (old notes). Pale amber, some haze, with generous white head. Nose and palate I found some dry peach pit, some grapefruit, and was very drinkable for an IPA on cask. Nothing spectacular in terms of flavor profile or nose, just a light accompaniment to my entree.

A nice surprise, on tap at Duck Island. A highly drinkable, moderately bitter IPA with very nice citrus and mild pine flavors. Big head. A delicious, not-too-strong ale for hop lovers.

Draft pour at Taphouse. IPA week. Pours a nice copper color with a very faint hop aroma. Ton of lacing. Floral hop flavor with a small hint of pepper spice. Solid tasting IPA, and definitely a little different. Enjoying this beer
