BlackDonald (1040), North Carolina, USA Apr 27, 2008 Has a very prominent sour plum nose, smells slightly woody as well. The flavor is slightly muddles, and somewhat sour, with woody notes again, giving this a somewhat winey type mouthfeel. I think this is interesting, with just enough of a funkiness to please someone that likes lambics, I am not that person. It has never been my favorite style.
