COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Classic tart and fruity Lambic style ale. Aged four years in used Jim Beam barrels where it underwent a metamorphosis with the addition of two wild yeast strains and two strains of bacteria. A true, in your face, Belgian delight. With two pounds per barrel of raspberries, it’s a mother pucker!

Draft@ Glacier Brewhouse January 2009. Hazy copper color with a pink hue. Nice zesty, tart raspberry, seedy woody aroma. Light bodied with prickly carbonation. Very good dry and sour raspberry flesh flavor with subtle earthy, moldy wood notes with a parched dust bowl dry finish. Not quite a 3F Hommage or Lou Pepe Framboise, but still a very fucking tasty sour beer.
