Glacier BrewHouse, Anchorage, AK, on tap. More copper the red in color. Little head, no lacing. Aroma of - surprise - raspberries. Not as flavorful, sour or raspberry-y as I expected. No aftertaste. It is OK.

Reddish amber in color, clear with a thin head. Nice fruit like aroma. I get the raspberry aroma and light hops. Very tasty easy drinking fruit beer. Slight tart finish this was good for the masses.

[Tap] Tried this at the brewpub in mid-September. Pours a milky looking amber color with a nice cap of white head on top. Raspberry puree, perfume, wheat malts and mild clove aroma. The taste is of tart raspberries, some sugary peach, mild vanilla, wheaties and Sour Patch Kids candy. Reasonably genuine tasting. The sweet/tart notes are in balance, which is good. Could have used a slightly thicker body, but still a nice beer.

UPDATED: JUL 3, 2011 (tap) cloudy pinkish colour (like pink grapefruit juice); aroma is sweet and tart, faint yeast and raspberry notes; flavour is well balanced, refreshing, no artificial notes so common in similar beers; clean finish

6/08/2009: Glacier Brew House Raspberry Wheat is mostly pink in color, but more white towards the bottle of the glass and is cloudy. It has a nice red raspberry aroma and a soft, wheat malt flavor. It is sweet and doesn’t have a ton of raspberry, but some. The finish reminds me of cream of wheat. This is a good wheat beer with plenty of fresh raspberry flavor without being syrupy or overly sweet. However, I think that my wife would of actually preferred more sweetness and raspberry!
Half pint (draught) at the Glacier Brew House in Anchorage, Alaska. Rating #5 for this beer.

Subtle raspberry aroma and little else. Poured a slightly pinkish amber with no head. Wheaty flavor with a decent raspberry cover, lively carbonation in the palate. Moose’s Tooth Raspberry Wheat right across the street is a much better example.

On draft at the brewpub 7/15/05: Hazy pink, like pink grapefruit juice. Nice berry aroma but the flavor’s pretty tart, not very wheaty. Almost pink lemonade.

Cloudy and the color of ruby red grapefruit juice. Ok head. Good raspberry aroma, but not really that strong. A touch of very floral honey. Fresh raspberries in the flavor and it finishes with wheat. Slightly tart from the fruit, but it somehow doesn’t all quite mesh together.

(Draft: Glacier Brewhouse in Anchorage, AK) Basically, this is like very watered down fruit juice; Some berry aromas, but lighter than expected; The flavor is very light, some mild spiciness, barely noticeable wheat maltiness, but just mostly a mildly tart red raspberry flavor; The palate is fairly thin, but clean from the tart berry, yet the berry flavor just hangs on too long and gets annoying; The color is that of ruby red grapefruit juice, and fully cloudy; Creamy off-white head has a reddish tint to it, slowly settles to a thin layer, leaving pretty solid lacing
